Any event entry application received after August 29, 2008, AM postal delivery or online after August 29, 2008, Noon, Eastern Time, will not be accepted.  If you wish to enter any event after this time, you must register in person, at the Charleston Civic Center, between the hours of 4 & 9pm, August 29, 2008.  After 9pm, all registration for all events is CLOSED.
